The Foundation — Howrah, West Bengal

Every great institution begins with one person who believes in something deeply enough to act on it.

In 1984, Mr. Vashistha Singh laid the foundation of what would become BizFinance Office in the commercial heart of Howrah, West Bengal. Mr. Vashistha Singh had served with the Railway Protection Force (RPF) — a life of discipline, service, and deep familiarity with the people who built and sustained the railways and the communities around them.

That experience placed him at the heart of West Bengal's most vibrant commercial corridors. His customers came from the bustling markets and neighbourhoods he had always known — Belur Math, Liluah, Bara Bazar, Mahestalla, Esplanade, Sealdah, Bali, and Howrah. Traders, shopkeepers, and small manufacturers who had ambition but lacked access to reliable credit. People he trusted, and who trusted him.

Mr. Vashistha Singh offered something far more valuable than a formal lending product: a relationship built on trust. He lent on character, shook hands on deals, and understood the rhythms of local trade better than any bank officer ever could. Word spread fast. A reputation was being built — one deal, one handshake at a time.

The Expansion — Howrah, Kolkata & Gaya

The legacy did not stay in one city. It grew, as all living things do.

Mr. Purushottam Singh inherited not just the business, but the philosophy. He understood that his father's model — trust, speed, and genuine care for the borrower's success — could reach even more people. He deepened the roots in Howrah, extended operations into the wider Kolkata market, and then carried the mission into Gaya, Bihar.

Bihar's small business community was hungry for exactly this kind of reliable financial partnership. Three cities. One unbroken standard of trust. Decades of patient, honest work had produced something rare: a finance house whose clients became its most powerful ambassadors.

The New Chapter — Delhi & Gurugram

The third generation carries the torch — and points it at India's greatest commercial centres.

Kunal Singh, grandson of the founder, brings the full weight of 40 years of trust and an eye fixed firmly on the future. Delhi and Gurugram — two of India's most dynamic commercial zones — are now home to his expanding operations.
